Ultrasound
Ultrasound can be used to quickly and accurately diagnose many soft tissues disorders right in the office. In many disorders, this is a cost effective, convenient alternative to MRI. There is no radiation as sound waves are used. Diagnosis may be made the same day as the appointment. Disorders that are worse with movement can be observed easily.

Tendon tears, or tendinitis, including the rotator cuff, Achilles tendon and patellar tendon.
-
Muscle tears

Ligament sprains or tears.

Ultrasound guided injections allow for visualization and accuracy and can be done right in the clinic
